What am politics?
When it comes to understanding political issues, Richie is a self confessed toddler. That’s why he’s enlisted the help of Steve, his politically savvy drinking buddy, to help him understand how government affects our everyday lives and our interactions with each other.
Join them, as they break down big political issues into comedic bite size bits and try to figure out, What Am Politics?
When talking about Germany, often the subject turns to that big bad thing that happened with all those countries and that horrible monster of a man. So, rather than threading that tired ground, Steve and Richie made an episode focusing on Germany's fascinating origins and it's role in the modern world. All without ever mentioning... that thing.
The news cycle has been spinning so fast lately that Richie's gotten all dizzy and nauseous just trying to keep up. What better way to remedy this situation than by dedicating an episode to the two hottest topics of the day: The Mueller Report and Brexit.
Everyone can agree that sex is super sexy. But what about the disagreements that sex causes in politics?
Because they clearly don’t have anything else to argue about, politicians are always fighting over things like ‘family values’, porn, sex workers and sex education. And how is sex approached in different countries? Is an Irish dildo built and sold under the same regulations as American anal beads? Steve and Richie couldn’t approach this topic without just giggling for 60 minutes, so they reached out to the owner of Sex Siopa, the Smut Peddler-in-Chief, Shawna Scott."
What is up, fellow kids? Put down that Fortnite and check out this super lit new episode. Your Fam, Steve and Richie, are gonna teach you all about Youth Politics. If that wasn't turnt enough for you, they've also got a special guest, Una Clarke from the European Youth Forum.
What do you know about the House of Lords? If you're like Richie, then all you have is a vague assumption that they all sound like Nigel Thornberry. Turns out this was only partially true. In this week's minisode, Steve teaches Richie all about the UK's second chamber of parliament.
Our lives, countries, and cultures are more interconnected than ever before. Globalisation. Is it good? Is it bad? Does it work when placed into the chorus of "Elevation" by U2? Join Steve and Richie as they try figure all this out.
People are rioting in the streets of France. The Federal Government of the United States has been shutdown for a month. The UK parliament can’t pass a Brexit deal or get rid of the Prime Minister. And Ireland’s Taoiseach wants people to stop eating burgers.
Contrary to popular belief, when the president of the USA wants to travel long distances he doesn't climb into a large medieval catapult and get launched vaguely in the direction of his desired destination. Air Force One, his preferred method of getting around, is much more elaborate and is worthy of it's own special minisode.
